I delight in your clever ramblings, (and the asides). And the sometimes punctuations; because we all know what follows. Whiskey flavoured ganache? Oh my, my. And here I am eating roasted Brussel sprouts. (But also roasted artichokes.) And salt. I think salt is a requirement for snow shovelling.
